The layout

A two-car garage anchors the ground floor; upstairs is a full one-bedroom home — open living and kitchen, bedroom, full bath — opening onto a private deck. At 1,064 sq ft it’s the most square footage of any plan, and the raised living level gives it light and privacy the single-level plans can’t match.
